Booking
Booking policies
1. We prefer not to quote prices over the phone or internet. Sometimes it’s too difficult to accurately quote a price that’s fair to the customer and the tattooer unless it’s in person.
2. Some larger projects may require larger deposits depending on size, amount of drawing and prep time, and number of estimated sessions to complete the project.
3. All deposits will go towards the final price of the tattoo. Larger multi session work will have the deposit applied to the last session of the project.
4. We have a $60 minimum
5. In person consults are preferred for all booking. This gives us the chance to meet face to face and allows for a quicker and easier exchange of ideas and feedback. In the event that an in person consult is not possible, we offer video consults as well. Just ask your tattooer and one can be scheduled for you. Size, placement, budget, concept, and visual references are good to have ready for your consult.
6. We prefer to not send drawings or sketches in advance. The consult phase of the tattoo should provide enough information and visual reference to where we can accurately create a drawing for you. Also, due to scheduling and demand, a lot of drawing are done the night before or morning of the appointment. Edits can usually be quickly made at the time of the appointment, and in the rare case that a complete overhaul needs to be done, we can reschedule. Another deposit may be required though.
7. One reschedule will be allowed per appointment. After that, a new deposit will be required to book.
8. Theme or idea changes to your tattoo within a week of appointment time may be subject to another deposit and possibly having to do another consult. This will be at the discretion of the tattooer and will depend on the project.
9. We prefer you refrain from using any numbing creams. These can cause compromised healed results and make your skin tougher to tattoo. If you insist on using them, we ask you to consult your tattooer before your session.
